Health Coverage
Nothing is more important to us than employee health. At HRT, you can expect company-paid (no premiums!) medical and dental coverage across our global offices. We also offer an HRT-funded Health Savings Account, affordable vision insurance, and flexible spending accounts to US employees and their dependents. Family Time
Supporting our employees also means supporting the people that they love. Birthing parents receive 18-20 weeks paid parental leave, or 12 weeks for non-birthing (including adoptive and foster) parents. US employees can access family planning support through Progyny including egg freezing, fertility treatments, adoption and surrogacy benefits. Access caregiver support when you need it, including back-up child care, through our partnership with Bright Horizons. Inclusivity & Accessibility
We offer gender-affirming health coverage, gender-neutral bathrooms in many of our offices, and support for HRTers who are transitioning at work. Private wellness rooms are available for meditation, prayer, lactation, or as a private space to attend a virtual appointment. Togetherness
Our social calendar includes regular outings like pottery, painting, pizza making, team dinners/happy hours, and an annual volleyball tournament. We recognize that different work carries different in-office needs: some teams require round-the-clock coverage or hands-on maintenance, while others operate across different continents and time zones. While the majority of teams adopt a fairly even split between in-office and remote work, many choose to come in every day. To support your commute, we offer pre-tax commuter benefits.
